Na Da Barn Sale Day Two

Inside the barn, lot's of wonderful, (you know) eye candy! There, I said it again.

My friend Andrea bought this umbrella to use as a prop for her art booth. I'm so jealous.

"I thought I saw a puddie tat"

Fifi O'Neill, isn't she cute, and a french accent to boot. I bought her book "Romantic Prairie Style", and was able to have her sign it.

The corn crib.

"Any palomino's a palomine'o" I know it's not a palomino, I just love saying that.

Bath time

Aren't these girls just the cutest? The one on the right is one of Ann Marie's daughters. And those chicks.

Ann Marie and her new baby boy. I could just eat him up!

This is Jeanne Oliver, the gal that taught the class I took.

My classmates and me.

A couple of my classmates and me showing our art.

Jeanne and me. I had such a great time.
I attended the sale both days, I took a class on Saturday from Jeanne Oliver. It was so much fun and she is a sweetheart! This event was held very close to where I live, which was wonderful. No driving into Chicago, no flying to wherever trying to bring a bunch of supplies. I definitely would recommend this event, I enjoyed it immensely!

Na Da Barn Sale

This is the entrance to the main barn at the "Na Da Barn Sale"

I loved this dress form. Pretty much everything you saw was for sale.

The blogger's tent.

The lovely Jill Harris. She makes the most fabulous tops from vintage doilies.

The outdoor venders.

A lot of the people dressed in their "Boho" attire. I saw some really cool outfits. Lot's of cowboy boots.

These two were sooo cute!

This gal said everyone was taking a picture of her boots, not her, just her boots :)
This was a wonderful event. Ann Marie and her family open their home for people to enjoy. I can't wait for the next one in October.

No, I'm not nuts.

You all are going to think I'm nuts by my last post. I quickly figured it out, and am back to normal. (That's debatable:)

HELP!!! What the heck have I done now?#!*

Oh my gosh, I thought I'd create my own banner! Now I see why people pay other people to do theirs. How can I get rid of this now? I want to start all over, but can't get rid of the dang banner I created, "oh no, it's Frankenstein."  Can anyone help me? I designed it using Picasa  and screwed it up! I'm trying to either make it smaller or get rid of it completely. Any ideas would be great and much appreciated. OH MY GOODNESS!!! I want to scream! I just previewed my post and somehow I've changed the font to some screwy thing you can hardly read. I'm sooo embarrassed! I'm giving up for today. I'm afraid of what I might do trying to "fix" it. :(

Spring has finally sprung here in northern Illinois

This is not my yard, but I couldn't resist taking some photos. Isn't it just gorgeous?

Some flowers a sweet gal "gave" me because I didn't have $2 cash on me. $2 was a steal. They lasted a good week or two.

More photos of  "This is not my yard"

My free flowers.

These photos are taken at my house in my yard.

This is where I get the ingredient I need for my "Crabby Appleton" pills Joel is always asking me if I have taken :)

Self portrait in my jammies. One of the many perks of living in the woods!
